About the vineyard
23 rows is a boutique vineyard established in 1996, found nestled between the foothills of Mount Roland and the banks of stunning Lake Barrington. In an area famous for its rich volcanic soil, clean air and fertile farmland the vineyard lies north east and enjoys all day sunshine.
Mathew’s passion for Lake Barrington began in childhood with cherished family trips from Hobart to the lake. Fast-forward 35 years and his own family now enjoy tending the vineyard and feel blessed to be on this exciting adventure together.
Nose & Palate
Notes of bright red fruits, red cherry, raspberry, cranberry and spice. Palate is similar to the nose with a finish of blackberry and French oak spice.
